Went here in Jan 2019 to look round the Grandland and Insignia. Was able to test drive both (after the Insignia's battery was brought to life). We dealt with Roy who is a credit to this dealership and couldnt do enough for us, despite not being a direct customer (i was looking for my next company lease car) he understood that if i got a Vauxhall i'd be going there for servicing and treated me like a valued potential customer, unlike Volkswagon and Toyota who were extermely rude. My rating isnt a 5 because: the Grandland X in the showroom wasnt the latest model and had features that arent included anymore which is a bit misleading, and our test drive was accompanied supposedly by the head honcho of the dealership who didnt say anything during the drive and didnt know the answers to my questions, which i'd expect him to know everything and have good salesmanship! I'll probably order a Vauxhall beacuse of my overall positive experience here with Roy...just have to decide which one now!

bought a car from them and to be fair everything other than this gripe was fine but i paid the extended warranty at around 250 not even knowing that i had a rear view camera, but been told i didn't have one! and been quoted "anything electrical, bring it in"roll on 3 weeks and i ask if there is any news to this been fixed and i am met with the response (not to my face but from one employee to another, right in front of me) "No, not heard anything" It is kind of depressing to know that once you have entered in to a contract with a person and they have received their commission, and your gone that they couldn't care less about you as a customer!!!This is my honest review and opinion, my next car will be bought else where.
