My husband and I feel we are on another planet when we read some of the reviews.NEVER EVER, have we ever had anything but KINDNESS, PATIENCE ,HELP, CONSIDERATION and most of all, EXCELLENT, CARE AND TREATMENT from every DOCTOR, NURSE, RECEPTIONIST, SECRETARY, WHOEVER at this practice.Not undermining the same kind of treatment and care we have always received from all the staff of the Selby War Memorial Hospital, The York Hospital, Paramedics, The list is so long..Too many to say A GREAT BIG THANK YOU , to you individually, we only hope each and every one of you know how very grateful we are for being alive, knowing your dedication and hard work have helped us live a better life. We are proud to say this, but we could not have had better treatment whoever we were , or where in the world we were.Thank you for the N.H.S and to all who work within it.!!
Friendly staff but appointments are always a problem, it always takes at least 30 mins to 45 mins to see a doctor
My family + I have always had excellent service from this practice. If you need an urgent appointment the staff will find a way to get you seen or at least a phone conversation with a gp. I often use the online booking service for appts + repeat scripts, it's so easy to use. All in all I think their service is brilliant.
Staff at reception spot on never had issues with always smiling full of good attitude never had issues with this place up untill a new doctor was there seen him today and his attitude is disgusting. Will be reporting him..apart from that never had issues
When I eventually saw the doctor she was nice, though she did have a stimking cold, but my appointment was at 17.10 and I saw the doctor at 18.00 with no mention of the delay from reception staff.
