Bought 2 appliances a cooker and a washing machine, both were well priced and a lot cheaper than anywhere else. They arrived on the arranged delivery date in good order. Throughout the whole experience they were in constant communication both by phone and email and I found them to be friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
DO NOT BUY.....very bad experience from start to finish. Bought a dishwasher on eBay advertised has new came with a huge dent on the side which was never decribed in listing. So politely refused to accept it due to it been damaged. Driver became aggressive and rude thank god it wasn't a woman on her own. I then gave feedback accordingly didn't lie about 1 thing this caused the buyer to pester and harrass me via email which I have now passed onto the police due to rude and aggressive emails. Also they reported ME to ebay as a untrustworthy seller. ..What an experience!!!!! Buyer has had to open a further ebay shop due to the bad feedback on previous shop. Feedback was unable to be left due to a cancelled transaction not due to it been removed. Sellar is a utter LIAR why would I go to the effort of giving you my money waiting in for a delivery and refusing a it due too a dent that was "originally" advertised....sellar as since listed all appliances as refurbished as they advertised them as NEW when I originally bought it many thanks for taking my suggestion on board this will stop you from mis advertising as you were. Ps the aggressive behaviour was squaring upto my husband he was obviously unaware of a cctv camera poiting straight at him!!!!!!! Oh and I have just looked at the photo on eBay and it is the same photo as the one on the Currys website not even the original product haha don't take me for an idiot.
