My husband and myself took a bag of jewellery to sell. He looked thorough it then said he didn't want any of the silver, he couldn't even tell that a ring was a mans white gold wedding ring with a clear hallmark. He said he would give 35 pounds for the rings, he looked straight at us and said a blue topaz was paste, he is a liar and a thief. He will move them on quick and not in his selby shop. I will get him.

I am disgusted in you're company. You have sold my son a gold ring. 200.00 it has cost him. However. On closer inspection there is no hallmark on the ring. The ring is worthless. All you offered him was an exchange. He doesn't want anything else. U should be made to give him his money back. I will be reporting you to trading standards. Thanks for ripping him off!!!
