Brian came yesterday morning to put a new lock on our front door after a newly cut key had got stuck in the lock and snapped off.He arrived when he said he would, tried to get the broken key out, which I knew was not possible, and replaced the lock with 5 keys.He told me the prices before he came, which were very fair so I was very happy to have him carry out the job.To sum up, he was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He is also local.Will be using him again if and when the need arises and will be recommending him to friends.
