We really couldn't have been happier with the service. The business is a credit to Nigel and Theresa and I'm not sure we could have made the move without them. Our chain collapsed twice and we ended up needing to put our possessions in storage for an unknown amount of time, including a trailer and they just made everything so easy. The price was really reasonable and in 3 vans full, three addresses and 3 days of handling everything we own in the world, not one thing was lost or broken. We've passed their details to all our friends.
From speaking with Theresa weeks and weeks ago and several times since we cannot thank her and Nigel enough for the fantastic service. When Nigel and his team arrived bang on time this morning and started putting runners down and stair protectors and covers over the soft furnishings we just couldn't believe the extent of their consideration and professionalism. Amazing service! The communication was excellent, I was always able to speak to a person over the phone and they were happy to go over and even change the details of the service with me. I found the price to be very reasonable for the service. The service itself was exvellent; the crew showed up on time and fully equipped with rugs, covers, and straps to ensure my possessions were handled carefully and safely. The crew themselves were very friendly and very professional they made the whole experience easy and stress free. I would most certainly recommend this company and I will be using their services again.
