Ive had several treatments from Osteopath Niall Walsh for a variety of neck, shoulder and back pain. He gave me a very thorough assessment and excellent treatement. He gave me great advice and exercises I can do at home to manage my pain and great exercises tips for in the gym to do with my warm up routine and actual training.
