Fantastic, Charlie has been amazing, he came and measured all rooms as we wanted to carpet 4 rooms and hall and landing. We purchased the stair carpet elsewhere as Carpetright didn't do a bright stripe. Charlie said no problem and he arranged for the fitters to lay underlay and fit my stripey carpet onto the stairs. We got the 4 rooms fitted at different times due to decorating and Charlie managed this with no questions. There was no stress and now my whole house is decorated and carpeted and looking gorgeous. Very poor service yesterday from Carpetright fitted a faulty carpet and manager told the fitter to fit it and hope we didnt notice. Shocking place and shocking customer services. Will never use this place again

Shocking service. Just because it's cheap don't make it good. We've had bad service from start to finish regarding a carpet that's faulty. Won't be going back and maybe that's why they are going bust!
