Nightmare - rang with an emergency and was told to come at 8 45, rang on arrival at Thorpe willougby only to be told that the number just transfers you a surgery at Retford and I was supposed to go there !!! Not only is this totally unprofessional but it also caused more distress to a sick dog please put your house in order.
