Terrible, wouldnt trust them with a bicycle never mind car! Took the car in for 2 replacement tyres, not only did it take over an hour to change 2 tyres, they lost both valve caps, and then had the cheek to tell me one was already missing. They were none standard caps so its convenient how theyve gone missing
One star is to much for this garage!I am utterly disgusted, disappointed and sick of cowboys like this!So much so I have informed trading standards and had to involve my Solictor with regards to this matter.I want to warn people not to use them, so they do not end up with fake guarantees! My daughters car has had work done here, cost a fair bit, with the previous owner. We bought the car from him, as the work was done local and the poor guy said they were good.12 months guarantee on parts and labour given, written proof!So now my daughter contacts them to ask them to look at the clutch, as the car is juddering when changing gear. Left it with this garage for 24 hrs. Who say there is nothing wrong with it. So she took it to the main dear for mini. Who provided her with a report saying it clearly has a fault! An needs to be replaced ASAP I have rung them and supplied them with a copy of the report from mini, an talked through there guarantee with them as they started telling me the guarantee was not transferable to new owner. Even though this was not said before and not stated any where on the documents, from themselves.This morning I contacted them to ask if they have read the report and Paul the manager, replied with no, he isnt going to and will not be looking at the car again!So my only option is trading standards as this car is not safe for my daughter to drive! An could put others at risk if her car fails.An follow up with Solictors Sad really a poor experience all round! Dangerous work! An total lack of care! Will be contacting autoservs main office to. To put an official complaint in against Paul.
