After an accident my insurers arranged for Tueners Doncaster to repair my car. They collected my car from home and provided a new courtesy car at the same time. The repair did take a month but when I called the garage the staff were always friendly and updated me. When I collected the car it looked like new and had been valeted inside and out.I was nervous as after my car had been collected I read the reviews online which werent all good but I can only speak for my own experience and my car was looked after and the staff professional and friendly and willing to help.
Having been in an accident that was not my fault, (fortunately there was no dispute to this), my insurance company arranged for my car to be repaired at Turners Garage in Selby, which to me, seemed far away for a repair to be done. However, this didn't matter as Turners contacted me to offer me a courtesy car which was needed; they also arranged to bring the car and collect mine at a time suitable for me. With it being quite a distance between us, I was curious to know if I would be out of pocket fuel-wise, as they were driving the vehicle across to Selby from Huddersfield as opposed to collecting it on a recovery truck (in fairness, it could be driven). However, on return, the fuel gauge was exactly where I'd left it and as for the repair - well you wouldn't think anything had been wrong with the vehicle. I'm more than delighted with the result and if I was local to the garage, I would not hesitate to use them for MOT/Service's etc as good garages are hard to come by and this is certainly a good garage. Had my golf repaired at Turners. Was very upset to have an accident but on return of my vehicle felt relieved to see that my car was returned in a good and new condition. Would highly recommend this company
Rearranged booking date ON THE DAY otherwise no courtesy car available. Poor communication and I have very little confidence in them. Won't use ever again
