I used jigsaw to rent a property as it has a good rating, however from personal experience I did not find this; on arriving on moving day to the property I signed the documents for the property, however I did not receive all the keys for the property and I am currently unable to check my meters. I was also provided with the WRONG ADDRESS on moving in and have just had to change my home insurance and broad band information. This has affected my premium which has increased so I had a further charge to pay, on arriving at my new property. The letting agent was also not aware that the property was on a water meter and were the readings were located which I am now currently waiting for an engineer to show me were the meter is.The Agent in the shop was helpful with explaining the smart meter changes and reporting my concern about the keys and has directed me to contact Bovis directly for further support.
I have nothing but praise for every aspect of Jigsaw's services. As someone new to the lettings experience, I was a little bit nervous about what to expect - but all the staff at Jigsaw have been amazing: well-informed, polite, efficient, reliable and very reassuring at every step of the way. I was also very impressed with how hard all of the staff work: no detail was left to chance and no question or problem I posed too much trouble to follow up and sort out. The team work and communication is clearly excellent and I felt valued as a customer at all times. I would not hesitate to recommend Jigsaw in the future.

Wonderful agents! Brilliant fees. They are helpful and professional. No complaints whatsoever, although the only improvement they could make is a better check - in process & more thorough inventory. Definitely recommended!
