Fantastic service from David and Maisy in the office. Went in on the Monday to get all signed up and Maisy had the brochure ready by the end of the day and then had it all sold by Thursday in just 72 hours!! David advised me on the offers and really felt was working in my best interests for the sale of my house! Would definitely recommend using.

Fantastic service from start to finish. David and Maisy in the office have made the process of selling our house feel such a breeze and no hassle at all. When we originally meet David on the valuation he made us feel at ease with his knowledge of the area and house prices seen as we now live in Morecombe we werent up to speed with the area. As we lived a few hours away David organise for a gardener to come and tidy up the property for us and Maisy was brilliant in her communication during the brochure and what we need to do to get everything up and running. We were kept up to date on a weekly basis and the worries of selling that we had before soon went away. Certainly recommend their service!
Fantastic service. Kept me updated all through the process and even after the sale of the property David in the office helped us follow up on some outstanding issues with the neighbour and followed this up with the previous Vendor and get all queries sorted and put us at ease.
Amazing! All the staff were super helpful and I know friends who also recommend William H brown however I highly reccomend the selby branch. Everyone is super friendly and really do care about helping people sell / find their dream home. And I did !
